## Ingredients
- 3 cups All-purpose flour (+ 2 tbsp for dusting)
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tsp White sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Vegetable shortening
- 1 cup Warm water
## Directions
1. Combine dry ingredients
2. Add Vegetable Shortening (or oil) and combine until crumbly
3. Add Warm water
4. Knead dough for 10mins
5. Cut into 12 even pieces, then form into balls
6. Place dough in a mixing bowl, cover, and let rest for 30mins
7. Flatten the dough, roll to desired thickness
8. Cook in pan over medium heat (no oil) - roughly 1min to cook on each side
