Preheat oven to 350F 2. In a mixing bowl, beat pumpkin, sugar, and oil. Add eggs, mix well. 3. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; add to pumpkin mixture. 4. Pour into a greased 15"x10"x1" baking pan, bake at 350F for 25-30mins. 5. Cool before frosting. Frosting 1. Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until smooth. 2. Gradually add sugar, mix well. 3. Add enough milk for frosting to reach a spreadable consistency. 4. Optional: Sprinkle with nuts.
