## Ingredients
- 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Korean red chili paste (gochujang)
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Sliced green onions for garnish
## Directions
1. **Prepare the Broccoli**: Steam the broccoli florets for about 3-4 minutes until they are just tender but still crisp. You can also blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes and then plunge into ice water to stop the cooking process.
2. **Make the Sauce**: In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, Korean red chili paste (gochujang), honey (or sugar), sesame oil, and water to create a spicy sauce.
3. **Stir-Fry**: Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. **Combine**: Add the steamed (or blanched) broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir-fry for another minute, then pour the sauce over the broccoli. Continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the broccoli is well coated with the sauce and heated through.
5. **Garnish and Serve**: Transfer the stir-fried broccoli to a serving dish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions as garnish.
