In a large skillet over medium–high heat, melt the butter. 2. Stir in the rinsed rice and cook for 1 minute, then add the turmeric and stir to coat. 3. Pour in the chicken broth, lemon juice, and salt; bring to a boil. 4. Reduce heat to a high simmer, cover, and cook for 20–25 minutes, stirring once or twice, until the rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. 5.
