# [[Carrot Citrus Zinger Juice]]

## Ingredients
- 400g carrots (about 4 medium-large), peeled and chopped
- 25g fresh ginger, peeled
- 10g fresh turmeric, peeled (or 1/4 tsp ground turmeric)
- 1 lime, peeled
- 1/2 lemon, peeled
- Optional: 1/2 medium apple (about 75g) or 1 small orange (about 100g)
- Small pinch of salt
- Cold water (to dilute, if desired)
## Instructions
1. Juice the carrots, ginger, turmeric, lime, lemon, and optional fruit using your masticating juicer.
2. Stir in a pinch of salt.
3. Taste and add cold water if you prefer a lighter juice.
4. Serve over ice or chilled.
#### Notes
- Store up to 24 hours in the fridge in a sealed container.
- For a smoother finish, strain through a fine mesh if desired.
